Are we at the dawn of a new Cold War? How seriously do governments view nuclear strategy? Since the discovery of “the nuclear winter”, humanity is well aware that an atomic war would mark the end of life on Earth. USSR ex-president Mikhail Gorbachev, instigator of the end of the Cold War with the United States following the signing of disarmament agreements, warns today against the acquisition of nuclear weapons . Director Leila Conners met Gorbachev, the Nobel Peace Prize winner, as well as other famous politicians from Germany, France and the United States. THE ARROW OF TIME provides us with a thrilling and disturbing retrospective of our complex history, while appealing not to repeat the mistakes of the past.
